CALABASH DESIGN is an Australian based bohemian clothing label. Each garment is lovingly designed and handmade by designer/artist Asha Kidd. The only pieces that are not made from scratch are the vintage levis, which are re-worked. All other CALABASH DESIGN clothing and accessories are made by Asha from the design process to the finished product.
Asha first started to take designing seriously after her customised vintage Levi's (which she started selling online back in 2004) received a cult following. Clothing design soon followed and Asha hasn't looked back.
A variety of new, vintage and secondhand materials are used. Asha is constantly on the search for amazing stand out fabrics from all over the globe.
